Good day Emgs officer. I hope this message finds you well
My application has been stuck in 15% since 28th of August and it was written there after my document has been uploaded that 1-4days

  Please be informed that your documents have been submitted to Immigration for VAL approval on 06th September 2024.
  
  However, the decision to issue the EVAL is solely with the immigration department. We will keep you informed and notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
