contact your university international office and ask why. it shouldn’t take 4 months to progress unless there are some problems with documentation

It says aditional documents required and i have already provided the document to my uni and the uni said emgs has recieved the document but its still in 15%

I’m sorry but I’m gonna have to call BS on this. It’s impossible for you to say that you’ve spent a WHOLE YEAR waiting for a Visa and then you don’t give any details about your application. Your application must be canceled or rejected or stopped or something. A year is a very long time. How could you be quiet about that for so long and have your studies delayed. You can’t just be waiting for a “visa” for a year, you either get it within two months or you don’t and re-apply or seek your future somewhere else
