Hello Sheik Tanzim i really want to thank you for your message you eases my suffering i appreciate your kindness.I will apply for SEV but that should be after i got eVAL then go to the Malaysian mission in my country to apply.Thank you God bless you

yes since u have not entered malaysia yet u will be counted as a new student. hence, you dont need to apply for TA. what u need to do is u have to apply for single entry visa (SEV) or evisa for student.
