Hello,

My EMGS application has been at 5% progress, with the status notice: “Pending Payment by Institution.” I have been checking daily, but there has been no change in status. With my orientation scheduled for November 19, I would appreciate any guidance on whether there are steps I can take to help accelerate the process or if the institution has been notified about the payment.

  As checked, your application is currently pending proof of payment from the institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with the institute to submit the required documents so we can start to process your application.

  Me too, and am afraid to miss the orientation it’s still 5% for a month
