I would like to clarify my academic
results from my previous programme. I enrolled in the Bachelor of Occupational Safety and Health at City University Malaysia, but due to personal circumstances, I had to withdraw from the programme and leave Malaysia before completing my first semester.
I did not attend the final examinations, so there are no completed final grades or academic results for that semester. Therefore, I am unable to provide an academic result that was never issued.
I have attached my previous Foundation in Science academic transcript, which I successfully completed, as evidence of my previous academic studies.
I sincerely hope you can consider my situation. I am now trying to give myself a second chance to continue my education and complete my studies seriously. I have submitted all the academic documents that are available to me and would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing my application and advising me if any further document is required.
