Hello EMGS,

I hope your are doing well. Now i has left Malaysia and his study residency will expire in three days. Can I enter Malaysia after Eid with a tourist visa and then complete renew my study residency? I am Yemeni, my passport number is 12036650, and I have applied for renewal before, but it is still 20%.

Hi Ali,

Kindly be informed that if a student visa expires when the student is out of Malaysia, you are required to enter back to Malaysia with social pass within 3 months of the expired student visa.

Hello EMGS,

My residency renewal has not reached 50% in order for me to hand in the passport, and my residency will already expire, and I am still outside Malaysia. Can I return to Malaysia after the last day of residency validity passes? Knowing that the renewal procedures I started to do it before.

I hope you are doing well. I am a student and I have started renewing my visa and the processing has now reached 20% and the color is green, but we are now in Saudi Arabia and I will travel to Yemen to visit my family on Eid and I will not be able to return to Malaysia until after Eid and my visa will have expired at that time.…[Read more]

Hi Ali,

You are required to enter Malaysia physically to submit your passport. We are unable to accept passports from travelers.
