I have received my eVAL and I want to know if am I required to obtain visa to enter Malaysia? ( I am from Yemen and I live in Saudi Aribia)

  Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. Kindly note that applicants from Yemen do not require the SEV to enter Malaysia. You are required to present your printed VAL at the point of entry in Malaysia in order to be issued with a visa on arrival (VOA).
