I am Ali Abdukadir, a PhD student at UPM, my passport number is P00758056. After my travel authorization form is approved, it is said that I need tl fill the letter of undertaking and indemnity, then I need to apply for permit letter from the Malaysian mission. So dear EMGS officer, in my country, Somalia there is no no Malaysian mission or embassy. Please advise me on where to get the permit letter of entry into Malaysia. Thank you very much.

  You can send email to Malaysia embassy in Jordan. Iam from iraq I faced same your problem. Iam now in Malaysia.

  International Students can request the Letter of Approval from the nearest Malaysian Mission if they do not have one in their home country. Kindly contact the nearest Malaysian Mission for further assistance.
