As per checking, your documents is still in progress with the relevant department. Kindly note that your documents will go through multiple level of verification. Approval of your application is depends on the Immigration Department. Rest assured, if we received any update we will notify your application status.

As checked, you are required to obtain a Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the Malaysian embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia before your arrival to Malaysia. Alternatively, you may apply online via the eVISA website. You may liaise with the eVISA department regarding the online eVISA application.
