Dear emgs staff, my passport number:EN2021172. Application date is 21/12/2024. After my institute changed my period of the extended student pass from 3 to 1 year, the system told me that I should pay the topup application fees. I have paid all the application fees why I have to pay the topup application fees？I am anxiously waiting for your reply.

  Kindly be informed that we have amended the student pass duration from 3 years to 2 years as per requested by the institution. Kindly note, the top-up application is only applicable for the amendment which impacts the application payment. As such, you are required to make top-up application payment and once the application process has been complete, you may apply for a refund of the initial payment. Kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
