Hi Alamin,
We suspended the submission of passports during the movement control order (MCO). As such, your institution can only submit the passport once the MCO has been lifted.

hello all
my name is alamin abdelwarth elamin mohammedkhair from sudan, I submitted my Visa renewal docs on March 8th and submitted my passport on March 19 , until now I am stuck on 80% and the problem is I need my passport immediately
why it’s taking to much time, iam very angry because I lost my semester break vication and couldn’t go back home…[Read more]-
I couldn’t enjoy my semester break vication because of Visa renewal inconvenient process 😔😔😔😔
I have been studying hard and I have the right to enjoy my vication
they don’t have the right to take my passport for almost a month-
