Can you please cancel my previous Eval so that I can apply for new one.

It has been 2 week since my previous university submitted a cancelation request

Dear EMGS officer,
It has been two weeks since I submitted E-val cancelation.
May you please cancel my previous Eval so that I can apply for new E-val as i need to be in Malaysia at the beginning of September
