I have applied for a VAL amendment to change my passport number and it has finally reached the immigration office while the percentage is 60% but it is taking a long time so I was thinking if I can sent both my passports with my father to malaysia so that they can put the visa on the passport without sending it…[Read more]-
Hi Alaa,
The VAL is not endorsed in the passport. Only the Student Pass will be endorsed in your passport. The passport cannot be submitted by a 3rd party as you would need to obtain an entry stamp at the point of entry in order for the Immigration Department to issue you with a Student Pass.
