Dear EMGS officer my name is Zainab Al-khafaji and my passport number is A12317605 and my passport was received by Emgs at 29th of February and until know my passport status is 80% , in spite of I have notified that the process is taken 14 working days. Please help me to complete the process to return back to my country Iraq because my father is sick.

  We understand your concerns. Kindly be informed that the Immigration are still in the midst of processing the student visa. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process the passport and rest assured, we will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
