If you already had at least 1 semester then yes you need to apply for travel authorization letter from EMGS website then go to Malaysian mission. If you are still new student who didn’t start higher education yet, then you aren’t allowed ro enter Malaysia currently.
Students intending to enter Malaysia would have to apply for a travel authorization and only enter once they have receive the approval. Kindly refer to the procedures on our website.
