If you exit Malaysia, you will be required to apply for the travel authorization and the Letter of Approval (Entry Permit), prior to your return to Malaysia. However, the approval to grant you entry is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department Officers at the point of entry.
You can go as long as the airport is open..but about returning it depends on the total number of Corona cases in your country..if it’s more then 150000 you can’t come back before 31th December.. That’s the latest government announcement
But what’s the assurance that I will be approved for the travel authorisation, that’s my fear.. and do I need to go to Malaysian mission in my country for the travel authorisation as well? @tinashem
@akolad7912 We are unable to guarantee that the travel authorization will be approved, as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. You are required to apply for the Letter of Approval (Entry Permit) from the Malaysian Mission in your home country.
