Dear sir/mam
My passport number is A01952497. My case number is 2547875. My flight is on 26 may next Sunday. if I can not get my passport within this Friday I can not fly. I kindly request you to fasten my process.because I badly need the passport to fly as my father’s need an immediate surgery. Please help me the way you can.

  As per checking, we have escalated the request to the relevant department to expedite the endorsement process. Allow us some time to proceed. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
