If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.

not yet, i just got the emgs approval letter today

Mine should have issued today if the hours work had been long but today is Friday and they get 3 hours break to pray jumah so i have to wait until Monday or over Monday because it take 7 to 10 work days , it maybe issued in the eighth, the ninth or the the tenth.

There is no exact time frame for the issuance of the EVAL and SEV as its depends on the discretion of the Immigration and Malaysian embassy at your home country.
