Dear EMGS,
My name is Aisha Mitha, From Zambia applying to APU, my application number is #########. My visa is shows pending because STARS does not recognize me identical to my passport. I sent an email to clarify it was me. Since my passport photo was taken when i was younger, my facial features have matured since then, as i have grown up more. I have had no response. My classes start mid November and my visa shows no signs of progressing. I very humbly urge some action or response to be taken on my visa, as if any delays happen i might have to miss my scheduled accommodation and flight. I sincerely hope that i can get some feedback.
