My university’s visa unit department said just enter before it expires. I hope it’s the entry that matters.

Yeah eval only for entry.. U will get a temporary stamp on ur passport by the immigration officer usually for 1 month.. So within 1 month upon ur arrival u must apply for student pass

If I travel on 13th to KL. Then I will have few days left. I’m not sure if that’s a problem

Yes. Eval will expire on 19th April
