My emgs app is not working. It was working a day before, now its not working. I deleted and reinstaled the app several times. Whenever i enter my details for the Digital ID, after taking a selfi it says Validating and then it goes for TimeOut. View

    Hii EMGS Officer,
    My Application No is #########. All my processes are almost complete but still my digital student is of my previous institute. Why is this? Why is it not changing

      We advise you to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app. Upon reinstalling, kindly click the ‘Digital ID’ icon to register your details again. Please revert to us by email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my together with the screenshot of the error if the issue persists.
