I think it will be better for you to freeze the current semester and join studies from next semester. Rest is up to you.

I think you can’t leave Malaysia till finalization of Student sticker. As i have seen comments of emgs officer for a student who left malaysia before endorsement of student sticker and as per emgs officer he has to cancel previous val and reapply for the new one. So to be on safer side wait till student sticker.

You can apply online or also can visit near Embassy online price is 8000rs and near Embassy is 11000rs online takes 2 days and Embassy takes 10 days

If your country doesn’t required a SEV (single entry visa) to enter Malaysia all you’ve to do is to buy your ticket and fly to Malaysia, but if your country needs a visa to travel to Malaysia you must visit a near by Malaysian embassy in your country to collect your SEV before traveling.

1. Simple go on emgs website.
2. Check VAL status
3. Click on download VAL.
Note: EMGS App doesn’t have features for downloading VAL. Hopefully it will have on future.
