Dear Sir,

I noticed that the status of my visa application remains “in progress with EMGS” at 32% and has not changed for over a month. This is despite my submission of the supporting letter from my faculty as required. Could you kindly provide me with an update regarding my application?

  Kindly be informed that your application was pending submission of the additional document. Kindly note, the commencement date stated in the Offer Letter is backdated. As such, the institute or student is required to submit a new offer letter with the latest commencement date or deferment letter in order to resume processing the application. If the student has started studying online, the institute is required to submit the Declaration of Online Classes together with the academic results or submit an explanation letter if the academic results is not available. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
