I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally follow up on my student visa application, which has been at 35% for one month.

My institution confirmed they resubmitted the required additional documents on 04 February 2024. According to the standard timeline of 7–14 working days for Immigration processing, this application is now significantly overdue.
