I feel sorry to apply PhD program in Malaysia, EMGS and Cyberjaya University both they do not evaluate the value of time.
I am in Malaysia 14 days till now outside my work to finish only formalities in UK I did it in 3 days for Master Degree.

  We understand your concern. However, the student pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we received the passport. The approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
