same case i submited my passport last week and its 100% till now i didnt recieve it , and my flight on 30th
Go to university and ask when is the agent going to collect it
They will take 14 working days after receiving it.
If anything urgent and you can prove it then you can ask university to send letter to finish faster
Already I met personally the administrator in the university and sent him an email to expedite my passport quickly, but we need your kind support.

Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

How can contact the immigration and submit them an official request to finish my passport quickly, on fast track?
You need to understand that I am working in my country and I have been informed by Cyberjaya University that I will visit Malaysia for one week and return back to my work. Now it is 11 days, if I stayed more in Malaysia there will be a chance to get warning letter from my employer.
You are running a business of attracting International students to study in Malaysia, if the process is delaying like this, your reputation and over time your business will come down, look we are your clients and acts as embassador (QMS) either will spread bad or good memories about studying in Malaysia. I am coming here to study PhD Management not a junior course.
