We advise that you check with your institution directly if you are unable to arrive in Malaysia before the intake date. Kindly liaise with your institution or the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in Malaysia with regard to the NOL. We will process your application further upon receipt of the NOL.

You must inform your university to issue the NOL from the embassy of your country in Malaysia. Email or call your university and inform them about this matter as soon as possible.
