Ask the university to send a proof of payment to EMGS for VAL. There should be a payment for EMGS process, the university might ask you for it so contact them for clarification.

As per checking, the institution has approved your application on the 27th of February 2020. Kindly note that your application is currently pending for payment. As such, kindly liaise with the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.

Should be university you are going to that submit it?

Please do check how legitimate your agent is. If EMGS has not received an application, likelya the agent is not being honest. It is your institution who should apply for your pass, agent should only be passing the application documents to the university. Hope your problem is solved!

If you made the payment through your university, it will take around a week until a record is made and money is transferred to emgs.
