Hello am an existing student and applied for travel authorisation. However my application have been rejected. Reason: institution did not approve. But emgs itself mentions that institution have approved on 24/10/2021. My visa is valid for next 4 months Please solve the issue. Thank you. View

    Hi Paula,

    As mentioned by @ahmed_467 the VAL approval process takes 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
