Hi Ahmed Jalal,
We are in the process of submitting your application to the Immigration Department for visa approval. It usually takes approximately 7 – 10 working days from the submission date to obtain the VAL. Kindly note that the process may be delayed if the Immigration Department requires an additional document or any clarification.

@ahmed_461 Passport page 1 is not available in the documents you submitted. Also the health declaration form you submitted has inconsistent details. Under other illness you selected both “yes” and “no”. Kindly submit a new health declaration form with the correct details, along with passport page 1.

I sent all Additional documents to EMGS before and Institution too
I sent passport and health declaration
I don’t know where is the problem-

@ahmed_461 Your application is currently on hold as we require additional documents. Kindly note that applicants are not advised to purchase flight tickets prior to the issuance of the VAL by the Immigration Department.
