I agree with @sheikhibrahimbulala. But once you enter Malaysia, you need to give your passport to your respective institution within a week. If you fail to do so, you need to make a new visa.

One week is strictly restricted or its suggested.. medical check up at Malaysia Should be done within the first week of arrival?

Wait 1-3 working day to download. Depend on where u are from, u might need to apply SEV. Try not to book first if u need to apply SEV, only book after u got it.
Btw, can we cancel SEV? Do you have info about it?
How long does it take to be 38 % from 32 % ? Mine one is 32 % now .
To download eVAL , needs to wait 1-4 working days for download link to be available .
Thanks for this info guys I see my country doesn’t need SEV , so I believe will go ask university before I book flight .
