It is stuck most likely cos your special pass is not reasy yet. Once immigration approved it your application status will resume as usual.

No point to come in April as the university won’t renew your visa as it is expired already. You should have applied for renewal before it gets expired. Now you will need to contact your university and apply for new VAL and wait until it approved by immigration.

Yeah that’s true if the university renewing their license it takes about one month to be done only after that they are able to start processing your application.

You still need release letter even if you apply as a new student. You can request for release letter from your previous university. There should not be a problem to get it from them.

You need to ask Sunway to appeal and provide emgs supporting documents from Registrar of Sunway. Why Sunway gives you offer letter if your school certificate is not recognized by MQA? Alternatively you can write an email to MQA requesting them for equalincy letter thus you can appeal to emgs.

Just mention in medical report that you haven’t done it before or tick there as NO. That’s it.

That was from school as they need to state that with this attestat the student can go to college according to Russian system thus the student is eligible to apply for Ausmat too

I got the same case as you got with one of my student at that time we have provided supporting letter to emgs claiming that this Attestat with 9 years of schooling considered as general schooling then they accepted it and student got Val to be approved

Yes you can apply for foundation or diploma level only.

If you have applied before and 6 months have passed sincr you applied means you can reapply. If 6 months haven’t passed yet then you can obtain SEV in embassy of Malaysia since VAL is valid for 6 months. If you would like to apply to another institution then you would need to cancel previous VAL then only reapply.
