There must be option to download eVAL in your emgs account if approved after 15 October.

My application turned 35% on 12/10. Stating that It will take 7-10 working days to issue VAL.

It’s ok if the circle is green. You will receive VAL upon completion of 70% of the application and maximum it reaches to 80%, the rest would be post arrival process.

I think Egyptians don’t need visa, So you can fly. Better to ask from your Institute.
My val also has been approved but I couldn’t get the e-val option.. from where did u find the eval option to download?
