Dear EMGS,
My institute submitted the payment proof on the 16th of January, and my payment is still under verification. Can you please expedite the process. You mention that the whole VAL process takes 14 days, but you have not been able to verify the payment in 8 days. Please update the actual time on your website so every new student knows before they apply. Thank you
