    Hello there
    I just want to put your kind attention towards my application which is being stuck at 80 percent since last 3 weeks. No further improvement for my renewal .
    Please kindly update on the concern matter

    My name is Ahmad Mahmood with passport number TY0155713. I would like to draw your attention that my application haven’t been started yet as of my portal is showing the old renewal which was in 2023.
    I have submitted my documents 12 days before and the application status cannot be seen online and not started yet .
