@Rabiya, I thinks VAL depends yoi, i mean if you follow the specifications requirement they need you can get it as soon as possible. Like my own i create account on 1st January 2020, i paid and get my approval from institution on the same date i.e 1st January and finally i got my VAL on 13 January 2020.
I dont think so Maimuna coz my 35% green already 7-10 working days but no update the immigration still in progress I think this all depends on immigration.

Agreed with you, but is there any different between johor immigration and kl immigration?
I think no difference but the immigration dont want from me any additional documents like today 10working day of my application still 35% green.
