I have just gotttem an email from VISA admin UTM, and given an access to download document from web ‘student application registration student (STARS)’ but unfortunately I am not yet an access (user and password) to login on the application of STARS, could you help me how to get an access to STARS application;

STARS is a portal for the Institution to access the student details as such the student is unable to have the login details.
