    Dear @EMGS

    I want to join the university next month (03 February 2020). However, my application stuck to 15% for 4 days after sending all of the additional documents. I am wondering, can you estimated how long it will continue the process after you reviewed my new documents? And can the application finish before I go to university? Please help me, I do not want to lose my study for next month.

      Hi Agung,

      We are in the midst of processing your application. There is no specific time-frame required to complete the process. Rest assured that we will update your application status once the vetting of your documents is completed.

      We are unable to confirm if the VAL will be issued before your intake date, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
