Once your status changes to passport ready for collection by your institution, you may liaise with your institution and request them to collect it from EMGS.

Hi Zakaria,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Zakaria,
There is no specific time-frame for the passport to be available for collection, from the date the Student Pass is issued. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.

The application is not supported… academic results are doubtful… i send my original academic papers still Emgs is not accepting… what should i do… there is nothing wrong with my papers except these are replacement copies. I talked with them.. they are saying that EMGS is not accepting my academic document cause the format is different. Replacement documents can be different than normal one. Bro I think you’re from Pakistan. So once you get the duplicate, the date of issue changes. For example, if you finished college in May 2013 and you get got the report card in August 2013 in original papers, that’s what emgs cross check with the board. These documents are replacement issued by the board because i lost all my papers accidently… the date of issue and format is changed cause i passed SSC in 2008 and HSC in 2010, but the replacement documents issued date is in 2014 cause these replacement copies were issued by the board in 2014.. all the papers on same date… this is the reason…[Read more]
