Hi EMGS .. My institution have made My application payment since tuesday..but EMGS Refuse their e-mail and Update My progress..My visa Will expire in 3 days and i can submitt My passport for speciall pass cus My progress need to enter 15% before i can apply speciall pass..can EMGS check their e-mail From Mahsa university .. passport Number : A11839342

  As advised during the calls you made to EMGS, kindly provide us with the email case number for the email from your institute with the proof of payment. This will enable us to check the status of the case.
