Hi emgs, I m from Indonesia and want to apply for PhD at UKM. I already got my SEV now. I don’t know the process for your institution but most probably you need to ask the visa office in your university. Also if you don’t get student pass within 2-3 weeks they charge you around RM 150 for a special pass.

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
