Hello EMGS , i was told by my university officer that they have sent my payment slip and transfer slip via hardcopy to EMGS and they will check on their end and update on the outcome. And will notify me once you receive an outcome from EMGS. not long after this message emgs emailed me like the picture below , what should i do ?

  Hi Adira Putri,
  
  Based on the verification of your transaction, the payment made for this application was not detected. As such, kindly provide us additional proof of payment or a new bank statement in order for the payment to be verified. Kindly liaise with the Institution for further clarification on this matter.

    But my university have given the hardcopy to EMGS on Tuesday 2nd of may for my payment slip and transfer slip
