They don’t give, because they will check GPA and attendance each year for renewal
Some institutions provide this option
I don’t think so because emgs itself doesn’t give this option anymore

The student may apply for a 1-year student pass or an entire course duration student pass (maximum up to 3 years). However, there are a few requirements to fulfill in order to apply for the entire course duration student pass and the approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Institution and the Immigration Department. You may refer to the Institution for further clarification on this matter.
