hello EMGS, I got a notification from EMGS that for managing my student pass I have to submit my passport, personal bond, medical screening. but when I read the important notes, the institution must submit it. Is the student pass arranged when I am in my country or when I arrive in Malaysia?

  The Student Pass endorsement process is done upon your arrival in Malaysia. Your institution will provide you with more details once you arrive.
