The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Adi,
Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. Kindly note that you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in order to apply for the SEV. You will not be granted entry, and your Student Pass will not be issued if you do not have the SEV.

Monday 16th September was a public holiday. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.

Actually, The were so many holidays last week and before that so most probably by this week you will get.
