An applicant is unable to apply for a dependant pass if the student pass application is still being processed. In the event, that you intend to apply for a dependant pass, you are required to cancel the student pass application.

In addition it goes from 15 to 35 at once when i will be submityed to immigration then when immigration agrees it flies up to 70 to permit u EVAL and fly to Malaysia
