Please note that the Immigration Department has suspended processing applications. Therefore, we will only be able to advise you once the Immigration Department resumes the application process.

Please note that the 32% indicates that your documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. However, the Immigration Department is not processing VAL for students who are outside of Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once the Immigration Department resumes processing VAL.

Kindly clarify with us on which visa are you referring to? If this is regarding your student pass, kindly clarify with us if your application has been created and if you are in the country or outside of the country. This will enable us to assist you accordingly.

Hi Ackim,

The entry for all new international students is on hold until further notice. However, existing international students from countries that are not barred from entering Malaysia can apply for the travel authorization.
