Dear EMGS,
I have applied for travel authorization on the 21st July and my institution approved my application within the same week. I wanted to ask at what stage of the process is my application as I have booked my tickets and it has been over two weeks since I submitted my application.
If I could request you to expedite my process as my tickets are scheduled and I have to obtain letter of entry which also might take a few days.
My application details are:
Passport No AA6401361
Institution: University of Malaya
Application No TE#########.

  Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. The decision to issue the travel authorization is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
