Until now it’s still 90% please I need my passport I think it’s more than 14th working days as per visa insurance policy. EMGS will keep sending you this notification even when you send the required document(s), until they acknowledge receipt from your institution. Keep sending reminder to your institution.

Go back to EMGS website, log in to your dashboard, upload your picture and re submit.

Send your updated picture to this email
Also write your passport and EMGS application number for EMGS in order to process your enquiry.

Hi Abdurrahman, you need to login to https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchPost/ portal and filled the application form

I hope you have your admission letter, your international passport, And your academic certificates (degree and it’s transcript as single PDF file) ready

Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
