It’s really surprising to see so many people in the comment section complaining about not receiving their VAL on time and their classes have almost started..it is clearly mentioned in the offer letter of any institution that you have to apply for VAL 2 months before your classes as the process will take some time..yet so many people apply late.. How can we do what you suggest if the approval from the university we received in August, then we did the medical check in home county which took two weeks more or less then we applied for VAL, as you can see it’s impossible to apply for VAL 2months earlier.
As an advise don’t Criticize if you don’t have the whole picture.
